Genevieve R. Wallace, M.D.

Dr. Genevieve Wallace is a dermatologist and native of Northeast Texas. After growing up in nearby Tyler, she graduated summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University where she played both collegiate tennis and received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She attended the University of Texas at Houston Medical School where she was awarded “Dermatology Student of the Year” as a 4^th year medical student.

After graduating from medical school in 2004, she continued her training at UT Houston where she completed her internship in Internal Medicine. She then went on to specialize in dermatology and completed her residency in Dermatology at UT Houston in June of 2008. During her residency she served as Chief Dermatology Resident where she was actively involved in teaching both medical students and residents. She also enjoyed participating in various community outreach projects designed to educate the public about skin cancer prevention.
